I try to keep postage costs down as much as possible and wherever possible I will combine costs.
I try to send out items the next working day if items are in stock. However please allow 5-10 working days for deliveries within the UK. But if you do need an item in a hurry, I will try to help and get it to you as soon as possible!
Items sent outside the UK are sent airmail. Most packages arrive within 3 weeks but due
to customs and country postal services, we have no control over your mail system once it
leaves the UK..
Returns
You can return any unused goods for a full refund, however I can only refund postage costs
if the items are faulty. I cannot refund or exchange items until I have received the returned
item(s). I strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your post office or use
registered post when returning items, as I cannot be held responsible for goods that do not
reach me. |
